Starhub TV to launch CinemaWorld and CinemaWorld HD soon
A new English movie channel is making it's way to Starhub cable tv. The channel, supposedly should be a Standard 4:3 and a high definition of the same channel is allocated on channels 613 and ch 667.
In addition to these 2 new channels, there seems to be 4 upcoming sports channels allocated at Channel 225, 226, 227 and 228.
It is unknown when it will start it's broadcast. If you know of any news, do post in the comments section below.

Ch 614 is CinemaWorld on Demand.
The other channel should be the HD equivalent..
Subscription is S$8 /mth
no info on the internet on these channels; thought it was Sundance. :-(

Hmmmmm.....sports 225-228 likely to be Euro 2012 channels....maybe it's up now for Singtel's cross-carriage testing...

I notice that the fox channels starhub didn't sign exclusive deal yet Singtel doesn't want to carry it
Cross Carriage is a big joke.....don't bank on it....Singtel is trying to contain mio TV programming cost...noticed they just drop and replace channels all this time...maybe FOX asked for too much a money that Singtel cannot afford...

There isn't such a channel in the world. Is it a brand new channel lineup only exclusive to starhub?
I think it showcase movies and films from all over the world. And it's launching on Friday, 9th March 2012.

It is confirmed that Ch 225 and Ch 226 is for UEFA EURO 2012 Channel 1 and 2 respectively while Ch 227 and 228 is for UEFA EURO 2012 HD 1 and 2.
I just checked on my set top box Channel 200 and pressed the Green button to view channels in the Channel genres and it mentioned the Euro 2012 Channels.
